Good healthy cooking product

Healthier than other cooking oils, as does not cause cancer causing trans fats when heated. Does not taste of coconut for those who do not like taste of coconut, and therefore does not impair taste of what you are cooking. Slightly drier than other oils, so need to baste potatoes well, if using for roasting, and be careful if cooking pancakes not to let it stick to the pan.
