IBS and Fennel
Suffer with I B S condition constant stomach a bowel pain on mabevarin medication does ease symptoms. Someone told me to try fennel amazing that's all I can say most of my symptoms have gone away now not perfect but if I had one good day a week I was lucky .it has been 5 weeks since I started using fennel I now have the odd day feeling a bit off but so much better taking 3 cups of fennel
