Not yet working

I installed the hvac unit. Got rid of the component protection. Yet still heated seats aint working. Hvac is getting error codes 01855. And 01856. The reason of these codes are complete mystery. But im quessing the fault is in this product. But ill keep trying to fix this issue before tsking further actions
