  I always like to check the feedback where something has gone wrong and you can see how it was dealt with, which is what happened here. The wrong goods were received a couple of days after the order, sent a message late afternoon, got an apologetic reply first thing next day, said they would send out a replacement as new stock was due in the next day. Three days later correct goods were delivered First class service, would use again.

  eBay place a duty of care on sellers to use accurate pictures. Buyers often rely on such, as words alone don't always give enough detail. Picture showed the new, version 2 of the model R17-RF. We received old, original version of the R17-RF, with differences. Seller communication good, & they apologised for using wrong picture. Offered return postage & refund. An inconvenience to us, as time switch needed. Preference was a discount if we decided to keep the old version, but none forthcoming.
