- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseReally good experience with this seller - item was delivered super quick and I was called to make sure I was home to take delivery and text with an update on the time it would be arriving. The item all though well packaged, was scratched and paintwork damaged, but nothing I can live with. I would not call this item 'luxury' the egg chair itself is quite cheaply put together and you can tell' - I guess you get what you pay for, but it's hard to tell from a picture.

Seller arranged to collect the brown set and exchanged for a graphite set, as originally ordered, to be delivered in a timely way. Communication throughout was excellent - with delivery and collection times. Really happy with my new garden furniture. Thank you.

What could have been a disappointment was resolved. The item is good and Lucas’ customer service when dealing with a problem was 1st class. Thank you. Comms could have been slightly better to start with but when contacted to flag up the issue all was good. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this seller again.
