  Seller stated watch had been serviced and timed. On arrival it was overbanking in dial up position and amounts of dirt not what would be expected if recently serviced. Seller replied after 6 days and me asking again to say he had serviced it himself in Aug last year and had not used a timing machine. I am now going to have to try and source a replacement pallet cock and pay for it. Seller states it was a good deal. I disagree and feel let down for trusting description
