Alexa rocks or can
As a standalone unit the sound quality is a bit limited. Working with an old hi fi amp and set if speakers you get a very credible and useful system. If you want standalone go for the bigger Alexa.

was this the right way to go
I need to start this by saying I was using this for euthanasia rather than sedation.
Sadly Boris the pet goldfish was having health issues. At just over 20 years old his fish bladders had failed and he had progressed from swimming the right way up to swimming past either on his side or upside down. He had survived through the various water authorities attempts to poison him with chloramine and lived in either 17p/2 litre bottled water (gas free!) or water straight out of the water butt.
It worked for a while but then he couldn't get to the top for food anymore. quality of life was appalling and he had taken to scraping along the bottom of the tank. The decision was taken to end things for him and having done some research an over dose with Aqua Sed seemed the kindest way to end things. It did end things for him but it didn't look like an easy ending to me. The final decider for me was watching him trying to fight it near the end. He was only a fish but he was something that had been around with us for 20 years and had travelled all over the country. Obviously other opinions are available but knowing what I know now I would not use or recommend this product for euthanasia.

Pants to brilliance.
0 of 1 found this helpful As a keyboard this is absolute pants. Used as a collection point for midi switching such as hauptwerks it's absolutely brilliant. Horses for courses, on the right course this small slim line unit will tick the boxes. If you want to play tunes on it you probably need to get out more. I'm using it for the piston settings in hauptwerks and by far this is a cheap and effective way of doing it.
