  Positives: Item as described, shipping cost not bad, sell communicated. Negatives: The packaging was poor with barely enough bubble wrap to surround the gloves; basically just thrown in box and unprotected. The package was wrecked when I got it. Good thing the items appear to be undamaged. While what happens in transit is not the seller's fault, it is your job to safely secure it in a package that will survive the journey.

  Hi, Apologies for USPS completely crushing the box, unfortunately that was out of my control. I'm glad the contents were fine. The box was clearly marked fragile/handle with care/do not crush. I did not overdo the bubblewrap as they were gloves in bags and not super fragile items. apologies.

  Card is good, seller gets back within reasonable time. Would recommend seller but would advise seller to use different postal service, says it’s been picked up from the day it got picked up and still says it even tho it’s been delivered yesterday.
