  Transaction cancelled by the seller for no reason other than the fact that she is not comfortable with eBay's international shipping program (she's the one who listed the item as shipping with eBay in the first place!). I paid my purchase, my money is stuck in limbo now for 3-5 business days before I am refunded. Worst transaction in a long time!

  I am so sorry that this has upset you . I will explain this to you again. I am uncomfortable with E-bays international policy. This policy has resulted in a lost package in the past. Once I realized that it was going to be this type of transaction I needed to cancel it. I promptly refunded you and then I apologized. I will now take this opportunity to apologize once again.
