Great Cheese if you like this variety. ;P
Some cheese can be bland when they are fresh and new, and frequently need to sharpen or mellow with age. This cheese on the other hand, started out mellow and has continued to mellow over the years. Thankfully, after this many years it hasn't rotted out and I'll be damned if I wasn't surprised at how much I enjoyed it after its first tasting as I wasn't a ever fan of it. Its not part of my regular diet, but it does hold a place next to my other well aged cheese of that era.
