Amazing product, with real health benefits
The Kefirs came as described by the seller, sealed and with easy to follow instructions. They grow and multiply within a few weeks I have had to split them up and freeze the majority and start again. I felt the benefit of drinking the kefir straight away and now have it on rotation i.e one batch brewing and one ready to drink. I would highly recommend trying this if you need a massive hit of good bacteria in your gut. Go easy though if yo are not used to it as it takes some getting used to. Make sure you do your research.
