  Unethical & dishonest Seller. Ad says $4.99 for USPS Ground Advantage tracked shipping which is what I paid for. Seller sent item E shipping for $1.25. When I asked for a refund, he diverted the issue. When I asked again specifically to refund the difference, he said no since he had to pay for equipment, supplies & gas to drive to the post office. He has free USPS pickup at his home & put item in previously used cardboard from another customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD NEWS SELLER
