  Product arrived in a faulty condition. Contacted seller with evidence, seller then advised to post back. I did this but it did not have all the original packaging (I hadn't kept it all as item was described as new so presumed it would work fine.) The seller then accused me of sending back a different set of earphones, saying they were 'covered in dog hair' which was slightly confusing as I don't own a dog.

  Avoid this buyer by the name Martin Eccles of 84 FOREDOWN Drive 07786 863739. He kept my brand new item and sent me his faulty item back with dog hair on it and he is also lying about the packaging because he sent his old sweaty dirty item back and lies he doesn’t keep the original packing when he does I have all the evidence via messages through eBay when he contacted me and he was caught out when I confronted him so avoid selling to them and block them immediately also name and shame them.
