  Unfortunately the tripod head was broken in transit but the seller offered a full refund. I would have expected packing it in the maker’s original box (as it was) would have been good enough protection but sadly it was not. It’s a shame as otherwise the tripod is perfect, exactly as described. I’d not hesitate to buy from this seller again. Good comms.
