    Possibly the worst buying experience I’ve ever had on eBay in 15 years and all over £20! Ordered battery by mistake and instantly sent a cancellation request. Seller refused to cancel the order and said it could take around 2 weeks to process. As a seller myself I know this can be done instantly. Had to then wait to open an ‘item not received’ case and eventually eBay stepped in and processed the refund. Will be avoiding at all costs in the future.
