Excellent customer service, and my used Vita S was exactly as described and shown in the photos, plus all the extras I negotiated were done as promised. My delivery was by Mark who fully explained the operating and maintenance procedures and he didn’t leave me until I was 100% happy and confident. A fairly small business who specialise in the supply of good quality second user scooters. I recommend that you contact them prior to ordering to discuss your exact requirements, Thankyou Jeffgolding.

The package arrived damaged, fault of the delivery company, not the seller. The seller was quick to respond, agree on a return & refund. Overall pleased with seller.if not delivery company.

Alphaform Labs RAD 140 - 90 Caps

RAD 140 - SARM
This Sarm like LGD 4033 affects my gall bladder causing pain and discomfort even with minimal doses far less than is recomended on the bottle so could be dangerous for some individuals. That said if you have no underlying issues then strength & muscle could increase from it's use and it is priced very competitivley. I personally would not recommend this as a first Sarm, Ostarine is a far better choice with less side effects and any strength or muscle gains are keepable after use is discontinued. If you get on well with Ostarine this is worth a try but proceed with caution. If you have a good experience with this then LGD 4033 would be the next stepping stone but that has all the side effects of RAD 140 along with the possibility of severe dehydration which I experienced.

CAR BATTERY CHARGER 10 AMP 6V 12V AUTOMATIC INTELLIGENT TRICKLE FAST VEHICLE VAN
23 Sep, 2020
Not an 'intelligent' charger
It is a good battery charger but it is not an 'intelligent' battery charger. I assumed it would shut off or drop the amperage as the battery became charged, instead after I had left it unattended for a few hours my battery became very hot and would no longer hold a charge at all. When I had tested the battery after an hour or so it was more charged but after leaving it it was flat again. SO DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED FOR HOURS ON END. If you do need to leave the charger for a long time then use the dial to turn the amperage down. It will be a good charger if used correctly just don't plug it and forget like I did.

For BMW Vanos Solenoid Valves O Ring Seals Viton Replacement Kit N40 N42 N46 N45

Finally sorted that annoying intermittent misfire
The vanos has not been correct on my BMW 116 since I purchased it from a dealer in 2018. Despite having a full service history the plugs had never been changed and oil change intervals had gone as long as 20,000 miles. The car always seemed to have a slight misfire and sometimes lacked power although it did improve somewhat every time I changed the oil. I had a new camchain tensioner as they are a known BMW weakness, it helped a bit. I had a remap which helped a bit more. I changed the plugs which were so worn the electrodes where burnt down into the insulator tips. This helped a lot but the annoying little misfire still appeared here and there despite better engine performance. Finally I swapped out the vanos solenoid rubbers which had been leaking down the engine. Although one of the solenoids was visably corroded the misfire has finally gone completely and the car runs as it always should have. I work in the rubber industry and viton is as good as it gets, excellent product which will save costly garage bills and hopefully last better than the OE seals. I had wrongly assumed the car had little wrong with it because the fuel economy and general reliability has always been good. Changing the vanos seals should be a service requirement at 100,000 miles, mine had had done 106,000 when I purchased the car and 117,000 when I finally fitted the new ones. Took me under an hour to do in my lunch break at work, getting the solenoids to properly locate back in place is the hardest part, they required a piece of wood and a hammer.
