  Generally satisfied. The watch box arrived from overseas in a thin plastic pouch. The outer cardboard watch box was pretty much torn apart. The book was badly damaged. But of most importance to me the inner watchbox arrived in good condition. Aside from poor shipping the seller was easy to deal with and supplied a quality item.
