  Modintire kept in contact every step of the way through the purchase and delivery of the Eames replica chair. Even when the initial order wasn't quite to scratch they ensured it was back on track speedily and to my satisfaction. Communication was responded to quickly, which was always a comfort and for this reason I happily recommend buying from them, rather than others in what is a bit of a hit and miss wider market for replica modern furniture.

  Ordered a Poney Chair and Ottoman. Chair arrived ( after paying Customs charges ) but Ottoman was missing. I was offered a partial refund which was pointless when you want the set of two. Took about 7 weeks for the Ottoman to arrive ! and now it’s arrived, it’s definitely from a different Poney. No match at all with the chair. Communication was good but only when chased. Overall, I cannot recommend the item or service

  Ottoman was lost. New ottoman was delivered and partial refund issued as gesture of good will. As in picture Ottoman is best match with chair. Customer was informed before order on ebay both chair and ottoman not 100% match because different animal pony skin used no controlon it. Chair ottoman combination of White, Light and Dark Brown as promised . Customer was so keen to leave negative feedback. Wishing him peace.

  Excellent customer service very fast at responding chair came quicker than expected very easy to follow instructions took around 30 mins to assemble by far the most comfortable chair I’ve ever had the pleasure of sitting in very well made strong doesn’t feel cheap has a bit of weight to it in a good way. Genuine leather smells beautiful I feel this chair will last a lifetime great seller thanks again
