  The seller did not divulge that the rotating diver's bezel is frozen, resulting in the bezel not turning. As a former duty-free watch buyer, I bought the Heuer line, along with 15 others, so I know how it should work, which should have been divulged in the seller's description that it doesn't! Beyond that, the bracelet is a bit tight. Neither of these conditions was mentioned in the description. I find the lack of disclosure underwhelming; I always divulge condition issues when offering items.
