  This seller listed their item with free shipping but upon arrival the mail man notified me that this seller had used a fake label to mail the item. The cost to keep my package was $26. I chose not to do that since this was not what we had agreed to do. When communicating with the seller it appeared as if he was buying himself time (pun intended) so that I would just give in and pay for shipping rather than wait for him to refund me. BUYERS BEWARE.

  Respectfully, I had done everything in my power to fix the issue. USPS had not received dimensions on the box, so they held the package. I spent 3 hours on hold with them on the same day you brought the issue to my attention, yet you seemed to think this wasn’t quick enough. After you chose to return the shoes, I immediately accepted the return, paid every cent of shipping costs for you, and gave you a 100% full refund. I feel negative feedback is undeserved.
