3 parts missing
Product arrived in good time, but was not opened and used straight away as gift for daughter. However, disappointingly three parts were missing - one of which was a key part, so had to breakdown another item to find a replacement.
Stating believed to be complete is a bit wishy washy - its either all there or its not and in this case it wasn't which was a huge disappointment to my daughter. Next time please be more open about whether its complete or not
