back brace that actually helps
several years ago i originally i bought one of these from a chiropractor when my back was out- as i recall , he charged around 20.00 for it- it really helped-
recently my back has been giving me fits again, requiring constant trips to a chiropractor, so i ordered 2
more of these on ebay for a bargain price and put one in my car as well as one on my computer chair- they are of excellent quality and identical to the higher priced one from the doctor- i recommend several of them for anyone who has herniated discs such as i have-

excellent value
i absolutely love lipton tea- these come individually wrapped which is hard to find these days-they taste fresh with a robust flavor- you can't beat the quality or the price on these- i highly recommend these to any tea lover-

airtight and handy to use- rolls around easily-
