  Paid for the item 19th January. 26th January earrings still not dispatched. This evening I received a refund? No communication from the seller or an explanation why? Really disappointed. If you'd messaged me and explained why, I'd have understood. Just sending a refund is not cool and no way to look after your customers. Not a great way to run a business and for that reason, I've left neutral feedback.
