"More Details"
Nothing about scissors or sharpening a single edge blade. very vague.
adjusting the angle is great but it does not help me if I don't know the proper angle for each knife. I am a customer that is not a chef so speak to me or give me detailed instructions. Serrated blades Mystery on how to sharpen, and pairing vs carving vs chef vs utility vs single edge or both edges to sharpen.
how do I know if it's a single edge blade?

Best boots I ever owned by far.
Quality!!!!!!
Most boots nowadays are heeled/soled to be thrown away, but still
very expensive. You can't reheel them or replace the sole without spending a fortune. Throw aways with a huge $$$$ price. I hate that with a passion.
These boots are rock solid.
