Decent idea

For me this works. Place tip by hand then tighten with wrench. Easier than lining up bulky plastic holders. But not very esthetic and eventually starts to rust after multiple autoclaves.

Overall pretty nice. Fit fine just a bit rougher. Seem a bit less grippy climbing pool wall than OEM but good enough.

Never tried OEM to compare but these seem to fit and work fine. Takes some practice to get them in the frame.
