Enlightening and very helpful
A very honest account of the dangers our food presents - much of it is addictive and dangerous to our health.. Very educational and enlightening and I wish I knew this years ago - I haven't finished reading this book yet, but have already made many changes to my eating habits and the food I purchase. I plan to make further changes too and include as many organic choices I can, especially with meat. Everything Davinia says makes sense and I just don't understand how as a society we don't know this stuff, it's shocking and really no wonder we have the level of health problems in this country. I really recommend this book, it's so educational. It's about understanding what you eat and the consequences - good and bad, and then adopting a healthier lifestyle.
