It’s a much bigger book than I had expected and will take a few months to read and digest. Based on my quick review this is not a traditional diet and will need lots of purchases outside the regular supermarket!!

Best book I have got on in many years!!!
Great book with some excellent and interesting ideas and thoughts. Very good for a dieter or failed dieter as it shows and gives you excellent plans to work with to help you get it right next time. I have been making notes as I go along to keep as reminders into the future. Would recommend it for a good and informative read. Nice compact book you could keep in your handbag for future reference. Have recommended it to many friends.

Item has no instructions and my ironing board had a lever that did not allow for the strap to go over it so not equally spaced.
