American Horror Story: Season 3 - Coven - DVD

More of the same, yet less so.
Loved season one (up until the end, where things became "silly") and thought season two really raised the bar. Three episodes into season three and the characters are more shallow and harder to engage with. I'll persevere, mainly as there's so little on television but, unless things pick up, three will mark the end for me.

Fascinating Read
When I wanted to learn more about WWII naval warfare my research for starting points all pointed towards "The Cruel Sea". So I bowed to other people's knowledge and started there. Whilst a work of fiction, you can tell the author is relating from his own history. This really is one of those "can't put it down, immediately want to read it again" books.
