My most used cookery book ever!
I already have this book myself and bought it for my sister who is vegetarian. I'd thoroughly recommend it, as it's not just a 'diet' or recipe book. Although it does cover those subjects, with some really tempting recipes especially vegetarian, it's also a great book containing lots of nutritional and basic information, with sections on foods like eggs, fats & oils etc.
Well laid out, so easy to use for reference with lovely illustrations that make you just want to get started!
A real bargain and never far away from me in my kitchen.
