  This teapot wasn't good working order packaged? Well, shipping was okay. The pot was not as described. I ordered a two quart, which is the description of what this was, but it was a quart. It was a good value, just not what I wanted. Social support administration called for your discipline at what he can be.

If you look back at the sale you will see that we advertised in the description section: "...Boasting a 1 quart capacity, it is perfect...". The product we offered for sale with the stated the "1 quart capacity" is what we sent. If a customer wanted a 2 quart teapot then why was the one quart ordered? Thanks
