100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle (2006)
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm a weight watcher; every day I am clearly motivated by Linda's daily thought provoking assignment. You only read two pages a day! Journaling is extremely important - revealing what is really in your head. VERY DO-ABLE! Never boring and it helps me get into the 'why-do-I-do-when-I-know-what-I-know?' A question all, 'out of control eaters' want answered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
