  Disappointed that the jacket has some damage not mentioned in the listing or shown in the pictures. The seller offers returns but for the price I paid it’s not worth the effort or headache to either of us to send back. I’ll use it for camping or work instead. Everything else was great.   Described as 16 oz bottle. Item arrived: large 28 oz size. Seller's terse response: "No problem, open a return case." Far better would have been this reply: "I'm so sorry! You're right - my listing was incorrect. Please open a return case to mail it back for a full refund including postage." Returning is not "no problem" for the buyer: take a photo, fill out a form, print a shipping label, repackage the item - thank goodness the box was still mostly intact - and get it to the post office.
