  Described as 16 oz bottle. Item arrived: large 28 oz size. Seller's terse response: "No problem, open a return case." Far better would have been this reply: "I'm so sorry! You're right - my listing was incorrect. Please open a return case to mail it back for a full refund including postage." Returning is not "no problem" for the buyer: take a photo, fill out a form, print a shipping label, repackage the item - thank goodness the box was still mostly intact - and get it to the post office.
