Good but plug is not very sturdy

The unit is great for charging the car, however, this is a secondhand replacement from The USA as the tiny plug on the original one snapped off. It wasn't really suitable for youngsters. The plug MUST be pulled straight out & pushed straight in. A slight pull in any other direction & its gone.

Buying disaster with the Company

This item arrived with a tattered box so looking like it had been sold before & returned and with some small, but important, parts missing. I asked for them to just post the parts to me - so easy. We exchanged many emails and finally after weeks they sent me a return label. This item was very big and needed lots of wrapping & bubblewrap. Although I wasn't paying, it was just too much bother to send it back. I bought some identical parts on EBay for £2.20 and fixed it myself. This is the first time in nearly 1000 reviews that I have given just one star, not for the item but for the Company's slow and unhelpful responses. Thus not recommended Certainly not going to use tooltime UK again.
