I do not recommend this cookbook.
It is an okay recipe book. Many recipes. I think I would like to make many, but the “dairy free” always calls for fake butter…which I avoid, because it is refined vegetable oils and chemicals. I might try using real butter. I know people have dairy allergies and that is why this book substitutes, but there are many ways to add both moisture and fat to make food palatable that do not include undesirable ingredients.

Looks Higher Quality Than It Is
1 of 1 found this helpful Quick shipping. Rather light weight; it is all wood, but very thin wood. Top is painted black. Florals on front and sides are hand-painted. Red area is a bit redder than photo. Drawers open, but do not come out. Has one shelf inside, so two shelves to put things on, including the bottom. Includes hardware to strap it to the wall, so it won't fall over. Doors have old-fashioned catches inside...since it is so lightweight, this makes opening/closing the doors a bit difficult. Until you look closely, it appears better quality than it really is. Shows very nicely from a distance, but I would not put much weight in it. It is worth the $230 which we paid. The price goes up and down constantly, so watch for the price you are willing to pay.
