I have been taking this product ever since it came in the mail, the very next day. Im adapting to it very well. I really think that I will benefit from taking this fish oil supplement, it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I will continue taking it everyday. I have tried taking the 1,000 mg in the past but it was too much. This 500 mg I like it.

This product most definitely keeps you feeling full. I eat less, feel full for a longer time. I would recommend this one.
