  My package arrived on time and was clearly marked Fragile. When I opened the box, the second plate in the shipment was broken in two. I contacted the seller and offered to send a photo of the broken plate. When the seller saw the photo, she quickly responded, offering to credit the price of the broken plate, which I agreed to. The seller was very responsive and reasonable. I would definitely buy from this seller again. My Green Roses plates are beautiful, as described. A great value.
