Not to modern expectations
The impression from the description was that it was a model grass sheet, this type of thing I have bought for decades and was always of the static grass type. I foolishly presumed this produce would be the same, however it is not that but the type of coarse dyed sawdust used by modelers 50+ years ago, that is not what is expected by modern modeling standards
