Sent a 2nd message after 15 days and no change to the tracking information. Seller refunded the purchase. Now the item average sale price has increased significantly.

  After you open the package the card had a plastic around it and it was very dirty. It was great value and looked good. It took about 2 weeks to arrive which was longer than it said. The seller wouldn’t update delivery time until I messaged him and he took about 2 days to answer
