  Poor. Slab arrived with noticeable scratches on the rear which weren’t shown or described in listing. Contacted seller who initially responded promptly but jumped the gun on refunding me, said he didn’t know how to do a return label and asked me to post outside of eBay. I then had to pay postage and now can’t be reimbursed, even though the seller is responsible for items not as described. Said I was unhappy but never heard from seller again and the damaged slab is back on at a higher price.🙄
