  Absolutely appalling service. First did nothing for 10 days after receiving the units (tracked with photo proof), only eventually sending them back when reported as not delivered to eBay. Then when it finally arrived.. it didn't work. No communications, no refund - Ebay will not help as it is a service not a product (see their small print) Beware do NOT trust this person. I am out £60 and a chargeable customer visit. The worst eBay experience I have ever had.
