  The protective plastic on the box had a slit in it that was not there before it was sent and I can't see how that was done during shipping, but it is not too bad. I did reach out to the seller and they did give an apology. Not sure what happened.

  Thank you! Quick payment and communicative. We extended a discount for this buyer at purchase. Buyer requested to cancel the order as they were not happy with the items because buyer said they smelled. We suggested cleaning the Vintage items with vinegar and Dawn as we only lightly cleaned them because of their age. The listing for these items plainly stated “no returns” and this being due to the age of the items. Buyer was not “compensated” because of the way the items smelled.
