Requested seller cover the dry cleaning costs but was refused despite sending photos of a number of the marks. Was listed as used but no mention of any visible marks under description. Cannot return. Otherwise communication has been good and postage was quick.

Easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful Received it today and set it up really easily. Instructions were easy to follow. Loved how I can sit in one room and using the app can print in another room. Photo quality was good. Got 5 months free HP ink with it. Would definitely recommend

Good buy
My niece had this on her Christmas wish list so there will be one happy little girl on Christmas morning. Product was bigger than I thought and very good value for money

It’s a shame it does not work as it should
Loved this item when we first got it but the amount of water it dispenses has dropped so you now have to press the button 3 times to fill one cup. Up until then I loved it. Wish I had got a filter one instead
