Dyson Cyclone V10 Total Clean Cordless Vacuum - Refurbished - 1 Year Guarantee

Great vacuum, great price

So, we've been thinking about replacing our vax cylinder for a while. It is a bagless VAX, but the filters get blocked quickly, reducing suction. Having viewed a few product review videos on YouTube I decided on the Dyson V10 instead of the cheaper V7's and 8's. Whilst I'm sure they are fine, the V10 has great reviews on battery life and suction power. Further research showed that the Total variant had the best selection of accessories, but the brand new price is a lot! So I stuck the refurbished V10 Total in my watch list, and was pleasantly surprised it had been further reduced. Quickly purchased, and expected free delivery in a few days. I was super impressed that it was actually dispatched on a Sunday, using a 24 hour service, so we actually took delivery the following day. Opening the package and it is impossible to tell you have a refurb model. It looks brand new! The only giveaway is the 3-year warranty info is covered with a note that refurb products only get a 1 year guarantee from Dyson. Using the vacuum is great. It's light weight and the heads are super easy to manoeuvre round the room. Charge time is around 3 hours. Emptying the bin is straight-forward and worth doing after each use. If you're thinking about a Dyson, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Very good for the price

Received item quickly (UK stock). The trolley required assembly and the instructions were not easy to follow. However for a DIYer it should be easy to assemble. It seems sturdy enough, except for the hoop used to secure a bag, and the mesh for the trolley base- I can see these distorting in time. The scoop part seems strong and well made. In order to convert between trolley and truck you need to remove a pin on each side. I have done this a couple of times and it has already scratched the painted metal work, and it will get worse with repeated use. However, the price of this item still makes it good value for money.
