dirty goldfish pond

my goldfish where in and out of baskets while spawning, which obviously made the water murky, so bought and tried POND WIZZARD and used in correct dosage for ponds under 500 gallons, of which mine is only around 70 gallon, I waited to see any indication that it was clearing but after 2 weeks of no obvious signs of clearing , I stripped down pond and cleaned it out from scratch. I have a pressure filter on this pond which was cleaned every week to try to combat it.
