looks like a very informative book of natural remedies that I will be applying to needed diets and symptoms

2 of 2 found this helpful The Minus 10 really is what it says , a cellular renewal. It can take a bit a month or two I had taken this product in the past everyday but had stopped after a surgery . I feel so much better again t sometimes takes a month or two at first if your body is depleted but you will not only feel better it helps with skin and hair. great antioxident

good book for basic ideas
Common sense but still a good read of basics with lists for each category to make is super simple
