ENTERTAINING IF A LITTLE DATED.
A LITTLE DATED BUT ENTERTAINING. SWAN LAKE WAS THE BEST. THE WHITE SWAN WAS THE BEST PERFORMANCE BY FAR AND I HAVE WATCHED MANY VERSIONS.

Yoga for the Golden Years
1 of 1 found this helpful Being an arthritic I needed to find exercises that were gentle to peform and not like an aerobics class. I found the dvd instructive and clear to understand. I have not been able as yet to get into the positions fully but I know that over the weeks, the beauty is, that there is no rush and with nobody breathing down your neck or you desperatley trying to keep up with a class, I shall learn and get the value. If like me you do not want to attend classes on your own then this is the start in your middle to later years.
