EXCELLENT value, and very good quality.

Blades are nice and sharp. Needlenose design is great for detailed work and getting into tight spaces. Spring is firm enough, but not too firm. Handles are comfortable size, well-shaped, and no rough edges. Rubber on handles help keep from slipping. Hinge pin is steel, so adequate strength, and it's threaded, so you can take the scissors apart if you want to clean between the blades. EXCELLENT value, and very good quality.

Strong enough to get the job done.

I tried to buy a cheap made-in-china chainbreaker. Although it broke the chain okay, It didn't work because the metal was soft and bendable. To make a chain truly safe, you need to rivet the chain on, don't trust those safety clip types, man. The Motion pro broke the chain without damaging the tool, AND it riveted the master link with it's hardened steel rivet flaring attachment. Definitely strong enough to get the job done, even on a large chain.
