Bang for the buck does not do this receiver justice

This receiver does everything, and I mean everything I wanted a receiver to do and more. The sound quality is flawless. The capabilities of it are so numerous that unless you actually read the manual you will not do yourself justice. The options are so daunting. I would like to challenge anyone to surpass his needs in even the most demanding home settings. Being able to power my 2nd room speakers directly from it without an outboard amp is a welcomed option. Now the only question is... how do I convince my wife that the 12 year old Denon receiver currently in our video room (and is working without issue) is obsolete and needs replacing...
