E3 Warning keeps appearing on Display

I've used it a good 8 times 3 of which it worked very well and food was lovely, but the other 5 times I couldn't get it to work as the pressure cooker would shut down and on the display it would say E3. I've read it's an overheating or not enough liquid warning, which I don't understand as there was plenty of liquid in each time. Or it would be a defect with the system. Fairly easy to use, and chicken and steak both come out juicy and not like rubber.

On arrival the tea was packaged in standard cardboard packaging. There are two bags, one for consumption in the morning, and the other in the evening. Im a huge herbal tea drinker and love the way this tea tastes and makes me feel. I felt alot more energised and happy within myself and yes my clothes seemed baggier and friends and family complimented me saying how good I looked. I got this tea free to try in return for a non bias review. I would definately recommend it, packaging looks great and tea tastes lovely. Its really improved my sleeping pattern at night, no more laying there waiting to fall asleep, just drift straight off and don't wake till morning, love it.
